This is an exceptional Railway Longcase clock by James Ritchie of Edinburgh. One of two original clocks from 'Dalmeny' railway station removed in the 1980's.  The clock has a deadbeat escapement with maintaining power and massive pedulum bob on wooden rod in a mahogany case.
